What we provide

A web application that lets you plan your kids' summer, school breaks, trips, and local care week-by-week and share that plan with other families you choose. The service is provided as-is during the pilot, with no guarantees of uptime or feature stability.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secret.
• You're responsible for the content you enter — children's names, camp info, trip notes, etc.
• Don't enter information that isn't yours to enter, and don't impersonate anyone else.
• Calendar share URLs you generate are like passwords — share them only with people you want to see the calendar, and rotate them in Integrations if a URL leaks.

Coordination is between you and other families

We help you see each other's plans. We don't broker camp registrations, vouch for programs or destinations, or participate in any agreement you make with other families. Anything you decide with another family is between you and them.

No warranties

Agent Amadeus is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that data will never be lost. Treat anything you enter as something you'd be okay re-entering if something goes wrong.

No liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Agent Amadeus isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. If a court won't enforce that, our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us — which, during the pilot, is zero.

Account closure

You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see our privacy page for how. We may also close accounts that we believe are being used to harass, impersonate, or attack the service.

Changes

If we change these terms in a material way, we'll let active users know. Otherwise the latest version is whatever is posted here.
