A familiar story

It’s February.
Camp registration opened
thirty-two minutes ago.

You’re refreshing five tabs. Your partner is in a thread with another parent who “thought week 28 was fine?” Hazel’s mom posted in the class WhatsApp at 11:47pm. Someone has a screenshot of the spreadsheet from last summer.

By the time the dust clears, your kid is in a camp her best friend isn’t at, the lake house overlap is gone, and you’re paying $4,200 in deposits to figure that out.

Then fall break appears. Then winter break. Then the educational trip you meant to book before flights doubled.

Amadeus fixes the coordination, not the kids.

Inside Amadeus

Every important week,
side by side with your people.

The dashboard shows your child’s plan in one column and the children you’re coordinating with nearby. When weeks line up, Amadeus makes it obvious. When they don’t, you can see what to do about it.

The pipeline

Four states.
A whole season of clarity.

Each week moves through a simple, honest pipeline. Every parent on the plan sees where things stand — without the diplomacy of “any update?” texts.

1 Ideating

Throwing things at the wall

You’re weighing options. Friends can see you’re in flux — and chime in.

2 Blocked

Off the table, with a note

Beach week. Wedding. The good cousins are visiting. Friends know not to hold you for that week.

3 Pending

Registered, waiting, hoping

Application submitted, waitlist active, deposit pending. The state of “almost.”

4 Confirmed

Locked in. Lanyard ready.

The plan is real. Friends with overlapping confirmations get a quiet little green light.

Three steps with Amadeus

How it actually works.

Two children laughing together outside in the summer light 01

Add your kids.

Two minutes. Just first name and birth year. Each child gets a summer board first, with a planning window you can widen for breaks and trips.

A family hiking through pine trees 02

Invite the families.

Send a private invitation by email to the families you actually plan with. They’ll see the children you choose — never a public link, never a free-for-all.

A glowing canvas tent pitched beneath a mountain night sky 03

Plan the season.

Drop camps, vacations, educational trips, and local days onto the weeks. Watch overlaps light up. Pull the trigger together.

Built for family seasons

Calm, considered tools — not another inbox.

No streaks. No social feed. No “you might also like.” Just a clean planning board with the few right tools to plan summer and the school-year breaks alongside the people you love.

Calendar

Week-by-week, built for summer first

A clean grid of every planning week, pre-populated and ready. Drop in camps, vacations, grandparent visits, educational trips, and the odd winter-break museum day.

Status pipeline

From maybe to confirmed

Move each week through Ideating → Pending → Confirmed (or Blocked, when the lake house calls). Amadeus keeps the current state visible without the spreadsheet handoff.

Friend-aware

See whose kids are where

Connect with the families you actually coordinate with. Their kid’s weeks appear right next to yours — overlap weeks light up so coordination is a glance, not a thread.

Program dossier

Names, costs, and links — kept tidy

Tag each week with the camp, class, trip, tuition, and registration link. No more digging through a screenshot graveyard at midnight in February.

Quiet invitations

Share without the group text

Send a private invitation by email. Other parents get the exact view you choose for a child or family. No surprise group chats.

Notifications

Nudges, not noise

Get notified only when something actually changes a friend’s plan. Amadeus nudges the right people and otherwise stays quiet.

Design Partners

Help shape Amadeus before the next planning rush.

We’re inviting a small cohort of families to plan summer, breaks, and trips with us — free access, early features, and a direct line to the founders in exchange for honest feedback while we’re still small enough to listen.

What parents are saying.

“Amadeus got our 2026 summer out of the group text in one Saturday morning. Fall break is already on the board too.”

“For the first time ever I knew which weeks Hazel’s best friend was at Pinecrest before registration closed. Worth every penny — and it’s free.”

“My ex and I share custody. This is the first tool that didn’t make our summer handoff feel like a deposition. Both of us edit, both of us see — and winter break is no longer a surprise.”

FAQ

The questions
we hear most.

Have one we missed? Write us at hello@agentamadeus.com. A real human writes back.

Do other parents need an account?

Yes — and that’s the point. We never publish your child’s plans on a public link. Each parent you invite signs up with their own email, and they only see the children you’ve explicitly shared with them.

What about families with two homes?

Multiple parents can co-own a child’s plans. Both households edit the same week, see the same statuses, and avoid the classic two-parents-bought-two-camps mistake.

Can camps and programs use this directly?

Yes. Camps, enrichment programs, tutors, and trip providers can request a partner profile to share week-by-week availability and surface to high-intent families before sessions sell out.

Is it free?

Free for families through summer 2026 while we refine Amadeus. No credit card. We’ll never sell your data — that’s the whole reason this exists.

What about kids without a phone?

Kids never log in. Agent Amadeus is strictly a tool for the grown-ups doing the planning.
